Do you have a child, a teenager or a pet that behaves in ways that get you to feel unreasonably stressed out? Then it will useful for you to tap EFT on your own emotions first, in order to get your own energy back into balance, then you will be  much more present for your child or your pet when you use EFT to help them with their difficulties.

Surrogate EFT can also be used on a timid cat that does not dare to go out because other cats chase and bully them. This is a fairly common problem for some pet owners, and for the cat, this can be a very serious problem, it creates a lot of stress and may at worst  cause very serious consequences for the cat.

For example, you can say, on behalf of your cat:

Setup x three rounds:

Even though I'm afraid to go out because there are some tom cats out there just waiting to get me,  I accept myself deeply and profoundly anyway.

Although I do not think I'm going to survive if I dare to go outside, I accept myself deeply and profoundly. etc. ..

You can also formulate setup rounds in third person:

Although Mitzi is afraid of other cats and does not dare to go out, she accepts herself deeply and profoundly anyway...

EFT can really produce major improvements in your cat.

You may encounter injured animals who are in pain. Don't underestimate how much you can help them, using surrogate EFT.

It can be used for people who don't like EFT tapping, or someone who is ill and weak. It may be someone who is in a coma. There are innumerable possibilities...

Use your assessment  and intuition to find out what works best for you.

One question I hear sometimes is "Don't I  have to ask for permission from the other person first?" Don't you think it's like prayer, or any other good thoughts? Do you ask permission to send good, positive and loving  thoughts to another person? I think that when intention is good and for everyone's highest good, it is fine to perform surrogate EFT on their behalf.

In the energy dimensions, I believe that everyone is able to choose for themselves whether or not they want to receive help and healing.
