EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques, also refered to as MTT - Meridian Tapping Techniques is a meridian therapy. It is also refered to as Energy Psycholgy. EFT is based on a combination of ancient Eastern wisdom and knowledge, and contemporary Western Psychology.
The thesis for EFT is the following:
" The cause of all negative emotions is caused by a disturbance in the body's energy system."
